Now each of us is trying to help in some way, and conducting information resistance is also helping. But where does information defense on social networks end and the damage begin? We will tell in a new article.

What you can’t fast

The golden rule of help is not to harm. How not do us all a disservice when using social networks in wartime? Do not publish the following:

1. Location of our military equipment

NO! DEFINITELY NO!

Never publish photos of our troops and military equipment! So you only help the occupiers! And since the occupier is not our friend, we do not help him.

2. “The son of the mother’s friend’s daughter-in-law said that“ “

No matter how much you love your mother’s friend’s daughter-in-law’s son, no matter how much you kiss him on the cheek at Christmas, he is not an official source of information, so his words that ” BOMB WILL BE DUMPED SOON ” on some conditional Kryzhopil, with a probability of 200%, may turn out to be a fake and a throw-in from the occupiers themselves. After all, the son of his mother’s friend’s daughter-in-law could hear it from the father of his cousin’s uncle, and he still knows where.

3. Political srach

First, we deal with a dangerous enemy – the occupiers, and then we shout at each other on social networks.

4. “He who left – sits and does nothing.”

And you? What are you doing?

Keep track of what you have done and remember that every contribution is important. Someone can do more – and it does, and someone – less, and does too. The main thing in this situation is to unite and do everything that depends on us.

And not the bad one who does less, but the one who does nothing and only does not write on Facebook that someone is not doing enough.

5. Hate speech about refugees

When I come across billboards about traitors and cowards, because they came to a safe area, I want to turn off the Internet so that I don’t see it. Therefore, posts of this type immediately go to the selection of posts that should not be written now.

Oh yeah. Leaving home, friends, and even your country, losing your job due to the war, and going somewhere, simply because it is dangerous at home, is, of course, rolling cheese in butter. Gentlemen, do you see your posts with your own eyes? What, people with children and the elderly stay under fire, in your opinion, if only some mother’s scratch on the Internet did not say that they were scared? It is useless to measure who has more grief! We all have grief now – war, and it’s not time to bite each other!

And if you see something illegal – record and send it to the police, call the territorial defense. And this applies to everyone, without exception.

6. Posting of untested charitable organizations, requests for help

Who has a war, and who has a mother, as they say. Now not only looters have become more active, but also swindlers who like to make money on someone else’s mountain. Check everything you repost and all the charitable initiatives you ask to join. Don’t give money to thieves!

7. “We will all die, but everyone is silent about it !!! Maximum repost !!! ”

We have already lost people who wrote that everything is very bad and that we will all die, but we are fools, I started banning them immediately after the start of hostilities. This is called mental health care, and I advise you to do the same. Cool thing.

Yes, it is impossible to always remain optimistic in stressful moments. And during these days, I myself have often fallen into hysteria, thinking that everything is bad, but to take it out into the InfoSpace to infect someone else with panic with increased anxiety – bolt!

In addition, very often posts with various conspiracy theories are supplied to our info field by the enemy. This is done to demotivate the population and sow panic.

8. Any information without a source

“Proof! Show me the proofs! ” – I want to shout when I see another super-mega-hot news in the tape that we are already attacked by reptilian troops from the planet Nibiru. Where are the photos of reptilians? Where are the tails dropped on the road? Ah, no? And, the son of the daughter of the mother’s friend dropped the info? Well, of course.

Yes, if the video was taken by you, or you took a photo or witnessed something and managed to document it somehow – no questions asked, you are the source of information. But if you write something without indicating the link where it was taken, and without checking the source of information, you become a grandmother who said something to someone there.

9. Coordinates of places where there was a recent shelling or explosion

Yes, I want to share this information with the best of intentions – to make people care and take care of themselves. But in this way you are only helping the occupier to coordinate actions and adjust the fire.

Don’t even say whether you were calm or not. Do not use the exact names of cities and districts when talking to relatives. Just write that you are safe.

What can be posted online during the war

And now let’s talk about what you can and even need to fast.

1. Occupiers and their movement

Be careful! Do not come close to the occupiers, do not make sudden movements! It is better to make your information attacks secretly so that they do not see you.

Do you see the occupier’s column? Get the phone, take pictures, shoot on video. And most importantly – not only post on social networks, but also share information with the Ukrainian military. This will significantly help our defenders to adjust the fire and protect us.

2. Crimes of the occupiers

If you have witnessed the crimes of the occupiers, you have photos and videos of them, for example, cockroaches running around our stores, looting, be sure to share this information with everyone. And you can tag NATO and the EU, their officials.

Sanctions are cool, but cool is the closed sky over Ukraine.

3. Reposts of messages of official channels

Here we shared a huge memo: ” Counteraction: a list of sources of reliable information “, where you can find everyone – from the president to the Ministry of Health. And even more!

And be sure to subscribe to local authorities.

4. Calls to block propagandists and their information channels

Did you see the fake camera? A call from friends to punish him online and block his channel. The information war is also war.
