The presentation of a new wellness menu developed by nutritionist Marina Bessonova took place at The Ritz-Carlton hotel in the capital.

The Ritz-Carlton, Moscow presents a wellness menu developed by nutritionist Marina Bessonova together with the culinary director of the hotel, Luca Julien-Vozelle. An event was held in the club lounge on the 11th floor of the hotel with a panoramic view of the very heart of Moscow, which was attended by: Aurora, Vika Daineko, Tanya Gevorkyan, Yulia Kovalchuk, Karina Nigay, Alena Vodonaeva, Lena Dudina, Anatoly Rudenko, Kristina Krayt, Sergey Sukhov, Sasha Strizhenov.

“It always inspires me to create something new and break the mold that healthy eating is boring and tasteless. I firmly believe that food should be enjoyable. The menu we have created for hotel guests includes healthy dishes with interesting flavor combinations: they are aesthetic, bright, and elegantly served,” says Marina. Now during your trip, after a workout or a relaxing massage, as well as during a business meeting or dinner with friends, you can choose light, healthy and nutritious meals. 

“Each ingredient plays an important role, and the combination of products is balanced and thoughtful. Anyone who pays special attention to their nutrition will find the perfect option for themselves,” says Luca.

The menu features nutritious breakfast options such as quinoa porridge with coconut milk, which contains healthy fats, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, manganese, selenium, and zinc, or broccoli protein omelette, which is rich in chlorophyll, improves complexion, and contains natural antioxidants, that slow down the aging of the skin. For a light snack, Quinoa Antistress Salad is an excellent source of vegetable protein, also rich in magnesium, iron, B vitamins, calcium, potassium, and phosphorus, or the world bestseller Acai Bowl with tapioca. For club sandwich lovers, Marina and Luca have created a healthy alternative and present two options: “Omega 3-6-9 Sandwich” with avocado, which is a source of healthy fats and antioxidants, contains potassium, and helps to reduce the level of bad cholesterol in the body or “Smorrebrod” with asparagus 

Separately, it is worth highlighting the popular poke bowls, which are relevant at any time. “Protein poke bowl” with shrimp is a source of complete protein, as well as calcium, copper, zinc, and iodine, which have a positive effect on the condition of the skin, hair, and nails, improving the functioning of the immune system. The Vegan Poké Bowl is served with pickled tofu and red cabbage, which contains anthocyanins, plant compounds that have powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects.
