For security reasons, she decided not to share her last name and photos. She says she was sitting on the balcony smoking when she saw something floating slowly. At first, I thought it was a crow, but when I heard the buzzing, I realized that it was not a bird. There was only conservation nearby, so I threw it away.

In Henichesk, a local woman approached one of the occupiers who broke into the city. She started shouting that they were fascists and had to leave another country. The racist began to say that this conversation would not lead to anything. Then the woman suggested that he put seeds in his pocket so that there would be something to fertilize the land when he died here.
“When you lie down here, at least the sunflowers will germinate,” she said.
This is not the end of the heroic deeds of ordinary Ukrainian women. Today, many Ukrainian women are defending our country in the police, the Armed Forces, and the Defense Forces, volunteering, continuing to work in hospitals, shops, pharmacies, and delivery services and protesting against the armed Russian occupiers with their bare hands.
