No one likes difficult and exhausting workouts. Therefore, take on board this simple exercise that will help you prepare for the beach season.

Physical activity should be an integral part of your life – because regardless of whether you want to lose weight or not, they allow you to maintain the health of the body. However, sports should not be overly tiring. Find activities you enjoy. Well, or slowly try something new in-home workouts!

We’re sure you’ll love the powerfully named “tornado” or “hurricane” exercise, whichever you prefer. It is performed lying on the floor and immediately involves the muscles of the press, buttocks, and legs. At the same time, the “tornado” is much softer than the classic pumping of the press – and can be practiced even with diastasis (but after consulting with a specialist, because all cases are individual). 

How is a “lying hurricane” performed

  • Lie on your back and place your arms at your sides so that your body resembles the letter “T”
  • Raise your legs bent at the knees
  • Start slowly rotating your bent legs in a circle – so that the body and arms do not come off the floor
  • Do a few rotations clockwise, then rest and repeat in the opposite direction

During the exercise, you will feel how all the lower muscle groups are tensed. Well, if such a load is quite familiar to you, the “tornado” can be complicated. To do this, you just need to straighten your legs – and draw a circle in the air with them, trying not to touch the floor.
