Adventure seekers and romantics probably know these names. You can read a lot about someone’s travels, but it’s better to go yourself.

Nice

In September, Nice begins to shed its secular tinsel and become a lively, cozy city by the sea. You can swim here until the beginning of October: the water is warm, and the sun is warm in summer. It is also very pleasant to calmly wander through the narrow streets of the Old Town and make long promenades along the famous Promenade des Anglais. Don’t forget to try the real Nicoise salad in Nice (served with anchovies).

Ez

The medieval village perched on a rock at an altitude of about 430 meters above sea level. You know, the views here are amazing! In clear weather, you can even see Corsica. Workshops and shops of artisans are open on the cobbled stepped streets. Everything is charming and somehow fabulous. No wonder Walt Disney loved to visit Eze and drew inspiration from here.

Monaco

The Prince’s Palace, Monte-Carlo Casino, a harbor with luxurious yachts, expensive boutiques, and sports cars… Even if you are not a fan of this ostentatious luxury, it is still worth visiting Monaco if only for the Oceanographic Museum. For a long time, it was headed by the legendary Jacques-Yves Cousteau. About 6,000 species of fish live in the museum’s aquarium. Children cannot be torn away from the contemplation of the bright sea world – everything is so interesting!

Antibes

Strictly speaking, Antibes is both a city and a cape of the same name. All together – the favorite resort of the rich and famous, the setting of the novel “Tender is the Night” by Francis Scott Fitzgerald. Unlike Nice, in Antibes, in addition to pebbles, there are also beautiful sandy beaches. In addition to relaxing on the sand, you can take yourself to a trip to the Picasso Museum. Spend the evening in the Juan-les-Pins quarter, where jazz is everywhere.

Grass

This is the perfume capital of France, in which there are five large perfume factories and a dozen smaller ones. There is also a Perfume Museum. Here they will tell you how the smell is born, what perfumes were made from at different times, and in conclusion, you will try to create your own fragrance from different ingredients. The surroundings of the city, surrounded by fields of roses and lavender, are very picturesque.
