Over the weekend, the country’s most famous TV travelers returned home – the team of the Eagle and Tails show. For 8 months, the film crew traveled to 71 cities in 46 countries, visited 19 time zones, flew 141,755 kilometers, and spent 231 hours in the air, that is, almost 10 days. The round-the-world trip ended on the Greenwich meridian, where the representative of the National Register of Records of Ukraine Vitaliy Zorin presented a commemorative diploma to all participants of the incredible adventure. From now on, the show team is the author of the record for the continuous round-the-world trip of the film crew.

What the Eagle and Tails team has not experienced in these 8 months: an escape from a rhinoceros, and an overnight stay at 30 degrees below zero, and a car chase after a thief who brazenly stole a phone, and a tasting of palm weevils, and a jump from 233 meters, and a daily three-hour dream. The average person from such tension would have gone crazy long ago. And the film crew is alive, healthy, and full of new ideas.

Despite the fact that Around the World is the 12th season, which is filmed by TeenSpirit Studio, we did a lot of things for the first time, – says Elena Sinelnikova, General Producer of Eagles and Tails.

Despite the fact that Around the World is the 12th season, which is filmed by TeenSpirit Studio, we did a lot of things for the first time, – says Elena Sinelnikova, General Producer of Eagles and Tails.

“For example, we climbed the Thorong-La pass in Nepal and spent the night there at 30 degrees below zero. Minus 30 is when five people cling to each other without any hesitation in order to somehow warm-up, – says Elena. – In Macau – Asian Las Vegas – Lesya Nikityuk made an incredible effort on herself and jumped from the Macau Tower from a height of 233 meters. In Osaka, the Japanese metropolis, Regina Todorenko not only tried the most expensive dish in the history of the program – squid for $ 700 but also tested shibari – the Japanese art of erotic bondage. In addition, for the first time, we saw in wildlife all the big African five: buffalo, rhinoceros, elephant, lion, and leopard. They also rode around the island of Saipan on a yacht worth 32 million dollars. It’s nice that they recognized us and agreed to help even in very distant countries:

The most devoted fan of “Eagle and Tails” ended up in Paraguay. A local resident, William Diaz, who did not know a word of Russian, was so imbued with the atmosphere of the show that he reviewed all its episodes, and when he learned that the team had arrived in Asuncion, he volunteered to help her. Moreover, when Eagle and Tails went to Uruguay, Diaz bought tickets for himself and went with them to provide all possible assistance to his favorite show in the neighboring country.

Thanks to the trip around the world, I became a real adrenaline maniac, – says TV presenter Regina Todorenko.

“I constantly want to repeat the incredible emotions that we experienced during the trip,” says Regina. – For example, they climbed in Nepal to a height of 5000 meters and dived to a depth of 450 meters in Honduras. And if the ocean at Roatan was kind to me, then the Himalayas are merciless. Altitude sickness began, unbearable headaches, but I still strove forward. Thanks to our director Zhenya Sinelnikov, who stopped me and turned the whole team around. Although it was a defeat, it was it that saved our lives. Now I remember the first months of the trip – everyone really wanted to go home. And in the end, we did not want to believe that now we would cross the zero meridians and the project “Eagle and Tails. Around the World” will be officially completed. Today my heart is sad and longing for more – towards new adventures!”
