American scientists have found that women should not combine work and household duties. After conducting large-scale studies, they proved that a woman cannot build a career and do household chores without health consequences.

The researchers interviewed more than a hundred women who are “torn” between work and home and came to the conclusion that such a “double” workload leads to chronic diseases of the cardiovascular system, in particular, problems with blood pressure.

This is because active people simply have no time to slow down and take a breather. It turns out that women who carry the house and work on themselves live in constant stress, and this affects their health.

American scientists even made a rating of “anti-healing” household chores. Common activities for most women, such as cleaning the house, cooking dinner, and going to the supermarket for groceries, are at the top of this top list.

Slightly lower on the list of “harmful” household chores are planning the family budget, paying utility bills, and car repairs.

Interestingly, caring for children and pets has no effect on blood pressure.

In order to avoid a heart attack or a hypertensive crisis, American experts advise women to properly distribute household chores with their spouses. In the end, when you got married, you promised each other to go through life together, in joy and sorrow, and to share all life’s hardships in half. Will your spouse really refuse you, because in this case, we are not talking about life’s hardships, but just about taking out the trash and wiping the dust?
